Mrs. Sarah Todd Milner, age 72, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin. Sarah was born on Thursday, April 14, 1949, in Spyro, Oklahoma to the late Wilbur Todd, and Reba Hassell Todd. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Peter Todd, Chris Ceretti, and Michael Todd; and nephew Scott Ceretti. Sarah was a teacher for Butts County Schools and spent some time teaching overseas. She always had an interest in other cultures, which sparked her undergraduate work in Anthropology and Sociology. Sarah, while studying about different cultures, was very interested in the diverse cuisine that they ate. She loved to watch things grow in her garden. In her spare time, Sarah loved to travel and crochet. Sarah is survived by her husband of 34 years, Aubrey Milner; nephew, Jerrod Ceretti; and great-nephew, Jaxon Ceretti; and a number of precious friends around the world. Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Milner will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Breedlove Memorial Chapel with Reverend David Dawson officiating. The family will greet friends and loved ones on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. A private burial will follow the service at Greenwood Cemetery.
