


Obituary of Denard Jackson Pippin
Mr. Denard Jackson Pippin age 81, of Culloden, Georgia, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Jackson was born on Wednesday, December 1, 1943, in Colerain, North Carolina to the late Denard Gaston Pippin and the late Verlie Christine Brown Pippin. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Sauney Roy Pippin, sister, Winifred Pippin Calloway.
Jackson was an avid farmer, he and his brother received several awards for their farming. He loved watching the garden grow. The Conservation hosted a rebirth of the farm, along with presenting an Outstanding Farm award to Jackson and his brother Sauney. He was a member of 4-H as a teen and earned a necklace for his bushels of corn. He loved going to Panama City Beach during the summer and eating at Angelo’s Steak Pit. He could take anything apart and put it back together. He taught his oldest grandson all his tricks.
Jackson is survived by his wife, Jackie Pippin; daughters, Melinda (Bryan) Rooks, Lisa (Travis) Mobley; grandchildren, Troy Davis, Eli Rooks, Destin Pippin, Amber Mobley; sister, Hope Pippin Andrews, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Funeral Service for Mr. Denard Jackson Pippin will be held Tuesday April 1, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Ramah Primitive Baptist Church, with Pastor Kurt Bacon officiating. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to service at the Church. Interment will follow at Ramah Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested donations be made to Ramah Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
