Obituary of Veronica Delores Adams

Veronica Delores Adams, of Yatesville, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the age of 72.

Veronica was born on Thursday, October 16, 1952, in Atlanta, Georgia.  She was predeceased by her parents; William Maurice Gabriel and Mildred Dora Smith, siblings; Linda Kay and Terry Gabriel.  

She is survived by her husband William “Bill” Hexter Adams Jr., her children; Tammy McMurray (Keith), Stephanie Bone, Elijah Adams, stepchildren; Bethany Charie, William H. Adams III, Johnathan Adams, sister; Karen Hudgins, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Veronica loved her family and was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend.   She was a wonderful woman that would give the shirt off of her back for anyone that needed help. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
