Obituary of Amy Diane Street

Mrs. Amy Diane Street, age, 68 of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 2, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Amy was born on Wednesday, October 2, 1957, in Thomaston, Georgia to the late Arthur Jerome Smith and the late Mary Jean Miles Gilbert. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Mark Smith, Troy Smith, sister, Jenny Pritchett.

Amy was a devoted wife and mother, she loved spending time with her family. She was a Registered Nurse for over 40 years, where caring for her others was her passion. She was a Christian and loved the Lord. She had a love for being in the garden. She was loved dearly and will be missed.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Johnny Street; sons Jeremy Street, Steven Street, Bradley Street, several nieces, nephews &extended family.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
