Obituary of Tonia Renee Dugan

Mrs. Tonia “Renee” Dugan, age, 53 of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Renee was born on Wednesday, April 26, 1972, in Lanete, Alabama to the late Luther Emmitt Weldon and Barbara Ann Willoughby Hanley. She was preceded in death by her father, Luther Emmitt Weldon.

Renee was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister, she was a “Tiny Titan”, full of life, energy and love. She was a true example of a fighter and will be missed dearly.

Renee is survived by her husband, Joe Dugan; son, Drake Birtcil; mother, Barbara Willoughby Hanley; brothers, Christopher Weldon (Maranda), Clinton Willoughby (Michelle); sister, Lisa Wallace, several nieces, nephews and extended family.
