Obituary of Patricia Sue Hall

Patricia Sue Phillips Hall, age 90, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Mrs. Hall was born in a taxicab in New York City on Saturday, April 22, 1933 to the late Everette Dee Phillips and Rubye Wilkerson Phillips.

Pat was a teacher for 36 years for Fulton County Board of Education and a concert pianist. She enjoyed crafts such as bead making and was an avid reader. Pat was also a member of Rock Springs Church in Milner, Georgia.  

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 58 years James Milton Hall, and brother Ronald Phillips.

Pat is survived by her daughter and son in law, Cyndi and Will Moore; grandchildren Scott Wheeler, Josh Wheeler; great grandchildren Destiny Wheeler, Zach Wheeler, Tyler Wheeler, Dane Wheeler, Dawson Wheeler; special niece, Dian Bettencourt; and several other nieces and nephews.

Funeral service for Mrs. Patricia Sue Hall will be Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 3:00pm in the Breedlove Memorial Chapel. Friends may visit the family from 2:00pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
