Dusty, I cant believe you are gone. I keep wishing I will wake up and it was all a dream. You will never know how much I am going to miss you and I love you so much. “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Dustin had a way about him that touched the lives and hearts of so many I will remember him for the laughter, the aggravation, his boyish ways, the uniqueness that made him Dusty, he left us as a son, a brother, a uncle, and a friend he will live on through his sisters his Dad his nephews, Mother and though our love and memories we all share. What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why Dustin left this earth so soon, or why Dustin left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that he died, but that he lived. And that his life gave us memories too beautiful to forget.
