Danny and Coopie Foshee posted a condolence

Danny and I just got the Gazette and read that Kebie had died September 15. I have such fond memories of her and Cyrus when I married Danny. I enjoyed seeing her when she would come over to the Foshee house and visit Dot. Danny said she was one of the "few Georgia Tech fans" that he loved. Our prayers are with all of you. It saddens me to see all of Dot Foshee's friends passing on, but don't you know they are having fun in heaven!

There just isn't any way to hold back the tears. Ms. Kebie was a model for all of us to follow. I will never forget her.

I am so sorry to hear of "Miss" Kebies death. I will always remember her smile and the sound of her very southern voice. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed by all who knew her. Y'all will be in my prayers.

Kebie was such a kind lady. She made it a point to always speak and make us feel welcome to the community and church when we moved to Barnesville. Cyrus was an encouragement to our son when he was starting at GA Tech.

I have so many fond memories of Kebie, such as the Utopes trips to Florida. She would always make us laugh. But I will always cherish the love and compassion both Kebie and Cyrus Showed when they Both came immediately to be with Mother when I was taken to the hospital and Mother had not been told.
