Obituary of Garland Bunn

Mr. Garland Eugene Bunn, Sr., age 79, of Barnesville passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012 in a Spalding County Healthcare Facility. A lifelong resident of Lamar County, he was the son of the late Mr. Roy Millard Bunn, Sr. and the late Mrs. Inez Nora Buice Bunn. Mr. Bunn was a Veteran, having served in the U.S. Army in Korea. He was a lifelong member of the Disabled American Veterans, The Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the American Legion. Survivors include: His wife - Mrs. Margaret Bunn of Barnesville ; Children - Mr. Steve Xavier Bunn, Mrs. Denise Bunn Connell, Mr. Garland Eugene “Gene” Bunn, Jr., Mrs. Pamela Bunn Robinson, Mr. Noel Bruce Bunn, & Mr. Robin Marty Bunn ; 1 Sister - Gail Bunn Arnold ; 2 Brothers - Hoyt Bunn & Don Bunn ; And Numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, & Other Relatives. Funeral Services for Mr. Garland Eugene Bunn, Sr. will be Private. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Thursday, July 19, 2012 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm.
