Obituary of Bobbie Burousas

Bobbie Louise Dorsey Burousas, daughter of Hugh Radford Dorsey and Ruby Sims Dorsey of Barnesville, passed away in the early morning hours on July 21, 2012, at her residence at Sunny Grove Assisted Living Home in Barnesville, Georgia. She was 90 years old and had suffered a recent illness. She was preceded in death by her husband her husband of 70 years, Jimmie Burousas, Sr., by her son Jimmie Burousas, Jr., and by a brother, Hugh Radford Dorsey, all of Barnesville. She was a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church of Barnesville where she was entered on the cradle roll at 6 weeks of age. She is survived by her daughter, Bobbie Carol Waller; son-in-law, J. C. Buddy Waller, both of Barnesville; granddaughter Jennifer Carol Leveillee (husband Jerry) and two great grand children, Jasmine and Tristan Leveillee, all of Cumming, GA; sister, Caroline Dorsey Watkins of Barnesville; sister- in law- Eloise Blalock Dorsey of Barnesville; sister- in-law Albertine “KiKi” Burousas McLendon of Gainesville; and brother-in-law John Worth Williams of Tampa, Florida. Memorial Services for Mrs. Bobbie Dorsey Burousas will be conducted Wednesday, July 25, 2012 in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home at 11 O'Clock with the Reverend C.C. Hinton officiating. Interment will be Private. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Wednesday morning, July 25, 2012 from 10:30am until the service hour. Sunny Grove residents will serve as honorary pall bearers. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that a love gift be sent to Sunny Grove Assisted Living Home, 665 Gordon Road, Barnesville, GA 30204.
