Obituary of Tom Milligan

Our beloved Tom, age 79, was escorted to his Heavenly home by Jesus’ Angels, Friday, August 5, 2016, at 11:00 am. Mr. Milligan was born January 19, 1937 in Cleveland, Ohio, son of the late Thomas Clifford and Emaline Horsch Engle Milligan. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Barnesville, GA. Mr. Milligan owned and operated Atlanta Stud Welding since 1982. He was a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor’s Degree and was a member of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity. He was a lifetime member of the Griffin Gun Club and the NRA. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Lois Jeanette Anderson Milligan of Barnesville; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Beth Milligan Larkey and Gerry of Barnesville, son and daughter-in-law, Steven Thomas Milligan and Dewy of Norcross, daughter and son-in-law, Amy Ann Milligan Bradbury and Donny of Canton; grandchildren, Tripp Larkey, Emily Larkey, Tyler Milligan, David Milligan, Daniel Milligan, Lee Ann Bradbury, and Stephanie Bradbury; sister and brother-in-law Barbara Milligan Palisin and Tom of Erie, PA; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial service for Mr. Tom Milligan will be held at 11:00 Thursday, August 11, 2016, at the First United Methodist Church of Barnesville with Pastor Tom Mc Elroy officiating followed by a reception in the Fellowship Hall.
