Obituary of Carolyn Deloris Reeves

Mrs. Carolyn Deloris Caraway Reeves, age 86 of Barnesville, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at her residence. Carolyn was born on Sunday, September 23, 1934 to the late Sam Caraway and the late Annie Phillips. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Albert Harold Reeves; brother, Jackie Caraway. Carolyn enjoyed reading, loved her rose garden and spending time with her family. She was a faithful member of Milner Baptist Church. Carolyn is survived by her son, Jeff Reeves; daughter, Laura Bishop and husband, Mark; brother, Robert Caraway (Vickie); sisters, Alice Moreland (Lee), Andra Kowalski (Chet), Kathy Gresham (Darrell); numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service for Mrs. Carolyn Reeves will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 30, 2021 in Milner Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Frank Tarpley and Reverend Brad Ellington officiating. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Friday, January 29, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Milner Baptist Church, 107 Pecan Drive, Milner, Georgia 30257, in memory of Mrs. Reeves. Due to Covid-19, the family requests those in attendance of the visitation and service please wear a mask and follow all guidelines set forth by the CDC.
