Marjorie McDaniel Andrews, 94 of Barnesville, GA passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023 at her residence.

A native of Ogelthorpe, GA  Mrs. Andrews was born on Saturday, May 17, 1929, daughter of the late Ethel Drake McDaniel and George D. McDaniel. She had been a resident of Barnesville most of her life and prior to retirement was a seamstress for the Carter Company and a homemaker. She was a woman of deep faith and a member of the First Pentecostal Church where she was active in the choir and all activities. She was an accomplished cook and baker and enjoyed crocheting afghans and quiltmaking. Mrs. Andrews was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Franklin Andrews, and siblings Howard McDaniel, Winnie Taylor, Otis McDaniel, Billy McDaniel, Christine Zellner and Betty Adamson and Marvin McDaniel.   Mrs. Andrews is survived by her children Gene Williams, Barbara Powell, Dennis Williams, Richard Williams; 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted in the chapel of Williams-Westbury Funeral Home with Reverend LeRoy Brock officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1 PM until the service hour at the funeral home.
