Mrs. Gay Kennedy Robinson, age 71, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

 

Gay was born on Thursday, December 11, 1952, in Barnesville, Georgia to the late Harvey John Kennedy and the late Jean King Kennedy. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her husband, Kenneth Wayne Robinson.

 

Gay was a loving mother, wife and daughter. She loved teaching all of her students’ sports at J.W. Elementary School, where she retired as a Physical Education Teacher. She loved going line dancing and was a dance instructor for many years. She loved her dogs.

 

Gay is survived by her sons; Preston Robinson, Brett Robinson; sister, Tracy Kennedy.

 

A Memorial Service will held for Mrs. Gay Kennedy Robinson on Saturday November 9, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church Barnesville, with Pastor Jason Teal officiating. Inurnment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
