Obituary of Lila Garrett

Mrs. Lila Ruth Piper Garrett, age 75, of Forsyth passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at her residence. She was born November 24, 1938 to the late Mr. Carlton Thomas Piper and the late Mrs. Miriam Allene Ussury Piper. Mrs. Garrett worked as a sales clerk for Express Foods. Survivors include her 3 Children- Teri Lyne (& Gary) Washington of Jackson, Thomas Wilson Garrett of Forsyth, and Miriam Arlene Ringrose of Philadelphia: 1 Sister- Vivian Senn-Thompson of Barnesville: 11 Grandchildren: Numerous Great Grandchildren, nieces & nephews, and other relatives also survive. Memorial Services for Mrs. Lila Garrett will be conducted Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 3 O’ clock in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with Mr. Frank Abbott officiating.
