Uncle Jimmy, Papa and my dad Ronnie taught me to be fearless in the face of danger. Work hard and Love God. My life's calling / God's will- Family, adventure, blasting and firearms all started in 1963 out on Freeman Road. Our family will carry on Uncle Jimmy's legacy and stead fast determination.
Thank-you, Erin, for taking such good care of our dear friend, all of these years, through thick and thin. We mourn his loss, deeply.

Jim was a dear, dear man. He was such a good role model for anyone who struggles with health issues. He was always so cheerful when he came to help me with some equipment problem. He didn't complain and he had a way of making me feel better. I admire his courage and the great love and kindness he showed Miss Fannie and Erin. I feel I am a better person for knowing Jim and Erin Gilbert. Rest in peace Jim. You certainly deserve to.
