Obituary of Shirley Watts

Mrs. Shirley Haywood Watts, age 72, of Barnesville passed away on Friday, June 20, 2014 at her Residence. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Bud Knight Haywood and the late Mrs. Pauline Selph Haywood. Mrs. Watts was a property manager and was a member of Rock Springs Church. Mrs. Watts never waivered in her Christianity and in her service to the Lord Survivors include: Husband – David Watts; Daughter – Kimberly Cherice Sutton (& George Luther); 1Grandson – Joshua Todd Sutton (& Melissa); 2 Sisters – June Bartlett and Josie Rooks(& Neil); 1 Brother – Jimmy Haywood (&Debbie); and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. Funeral Services for Mrs. Shirley Watts will be conducted on Monday, June 23, 2014 at 11 O’clock at the Rock Springs Church with Dr. Benny Tate officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood cemetery.
