Obituary of Hazel Bunn

Mrs. Hazel Virginia Amerson Bunn, age 90, of Griffin passed away Saturday, November 29, 2014 in a Spalding Healthcare Facility. Mrs. Bunn was born in Taylor County to the late Mr. Johnny Bray Amerson and the late Mrs. Gladys Curtsey Amerson. Mrs. Bunn was a member of the Vega Community Church and worked at the Thomaston Mill as a Spinner. Mrs. Bunn was preceded in death by her Husband, Mr. Lewis Bunn, a Son, Mr. Larry Bunn, and a Sister, Mrs. Ruth Moore. Survivors include her 4 Daughters – Louise Couch (& William) of Zebulon ; Barbara Moore of Zebulon ; Brenda Chambers (& Larry) of Thomaston ; & Betty Jean Vickers (& Ricky) of Griffin ; 5 Sons – Kenneth Bunn (& Ida Mae) of Thomaston ; David Bunn of Zebulon ; Danny Bunn of Zebulon ; Ricky Bunn of Zebulon ; Dennis Bunn of Zebulon ; 20 Grandchildren ; & a number of Great Grandchildren also survive. Funeral Services for Mrs. Hazel Bunn will be conducted Monday, December 1, 2014 at 2 O’ Clock in the Vega Community Church. Interment will follow in Salem Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home Sunday, November 30, 2014 from 7pm until 9pm.
