Our sympathy goes out to family and friends for the passing of Barry.
He was a great comfort for my mother, and a role model for any Uncle.

Barry was much like a father to my mother for as long as I can remember. Regardless of any choice she may have ever made, he, as her older brother, loved her unconditionally and insisted on “being there” for her right up to her passing on. There was always that incredible bond that he and his sisters shared. It is no wonder that Robert (who was always so kind to me growing up) is made of the same character. Vickie and Robert, you’re such an awesome pair. He was so blessed to be touched by you two. I’m so sorry for all of your family. Your dad was a pillar of strength in our family tree. His strong and kind way never changed for as long as I can remember. He would certainly tell it like it was, but you could darn sure believe it, too.

Richard...I'll always remember your dad letting us go down into the silo when we were in FFA. Spending the night at your house was always an adventure. I'm praying for your family.

JB was a man's man. I was glad to have known him. I know how hard it was (and is) for Robert & Vicki to have had to watch his final months. Your love and devotion was clearly evident in your constant care of your dad.
