I worked with Jane for many years and counted her as a friend. She was a great teacher who always expected the best of her students and because of her high expectations, she got it. We will miss our friend and co-worker. Our thoughts are with her family as Jane goes to rest with our Lord.

Jane Green was an amazing teacher. There were many times I thought how much I would have loved/hated to have been her student. We were friends and she often challenged me to be a better teacher. Early in our retirement we would meet up by chance in some local business and share a memory. I have missed that recently and from now forward. She always made me smile. I will continue to think fondly of her. My prayers are with the others who will miss her.

Dear Family,

Jane, Louise and I became best of friends at work. I won't ever forget going to Herndon Stadium in Atlanta (along with several others) to see Little Richard. Those were good days. My love and prayers for the family.

Jane Green was James'senior English teacher. And later was a collegue of mine when she taught at Lamar County High School. We carpooled to high school football games. She was a sweet lady.
