To all the family of this wonderful man that I had great admiration from the first time I met him, God bless you all! Cicero was so kind to people and when I worked for the city of Barnesville we became good friends cause he was such a good man and veteran of the Korean War and I of Vietnam, and both of our mothers were Burnette's and I have many other ancestors of Lamar Co., and I love all my people,Amen! I have shed many tears hearing of his passing but I know he is in a better place. God Bless you all. "Absent from the body,present with the LORD",Amen and Amen!
